Niizawa Brewery crafts its Junmai Daiginjo using the finest Yamada Nishiki from Shimokume, Hyogo Prefecture. This sake's flavour is akin to passion fruit, and its citrusy acidity gives it a cutting sharpness that lingers after each sip. It also exudes melon, pear, and jasmine aromas, and offers an initial gentle, sweet fruitiness that gradually fades into a soft finish.
