The Sensho Masamune Junmai Daiginjo is made from 100% Yamada Nishiki from Sendai and offers a pleasing aroma of melon, a full-bodied and thick texture, and a vibrant acidity, all adding up to a dignified elegance. Its transparent flavor harmonizes well with various dishes.
